She is not only punctual, very easy and comfortable to talk to, but really knows her hair stuff! She has so much experience in the industry and knew precisely how to fix a hair disaster I had several months before. She restored my foils to the precise platinum blonde I was after, uses fantastic products, and was very well priced, particularly in light of degree of high service delivery.

Bec took the time to educate me on a few very key hair tips and aftercare to insure the longevity of my colour and its quality. She also is truthful around outcomes - so many hairdressers promise what they cannot deliver.

Bec is a realist and I cannot recommend her enough. I felt safe having her in my home - bonus for convenience there too.

Lastly, Bec was not pushy around how soon I would have a next appointment - she cared more about not damaging my hair from over treating it. Altogether a really positive experience and I am so relieved to have found a new permanent hair dresser.”
