After your appointment, how you take care of your hair is important. You will not have lasting results if you swim or use unsuitable shampoos and conditioners.

If for some reason you are not satisfied, I ask that you let me know within seven days.

If you have changed your mind about your requested style, I am happy to help you achieve your desired outcome at your expense.

Cancellation policy

I appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows me to schedule in other clients and reschedule a more appropriate time for you.
